Jorge has relevant experience in several law areas, such as infrastructure projects, ports, and operation of public services before different state entities and under different procurement modalities. He has advised local and foreign entities for the execution of various impactful projects. 

He has also participated in due diligence projects for the acquisition of local entities in the mining and pharmaceutical sectors  by advising foreign entities. Furthermore, he has advised foreign entities with the incorporation of subsidiaries, registration of branches, shareholder conflicts, debt capitalizations, asset purchase agreements and capital increases.

Jorge has knowledge regarding criminal liability of legal entities and criminal procedural law.

His practice is complemented by advising multinational entities in the retail sector on real estate matters and related conflicts.
