Luis Pedro has a broad development as a lawyer, since he has practiced in several areas of the law that have enabled him to obtain a general knowledge in each branch.

He has recently focused his practice on ​​dispute resolution in civil, commercial, sports, administrative and constitutional matters, as well as the implementation of extrajudicial strategies to solve our clients’ conflicts. In the labor field, his practice has been focused on the legal defense of the employer and the extrajudicial mitigation of employer vulnerabilities.

It has also participated in highway projects of national relevance, which have required registry, cadastral and fiscal diagnoses, as well as studies of their political and social impact in Guatemalan territory.

Luis Pedro has acted as a lawyer for collective conflicts related to real estate developments and disputes concerning the legal regulation of the water supply service and general administration of condominiums.

He has completed his practice as a counselor for corporations that require corporate governance, basic financial analyses, commercial contracts, such as guarantee and asset management escrows, trust operations, participation contracts, franchises, among others.
