Carlos has been involved in several cases in the M&A field, both at a national and regional level, in different industries (amongst others, metallurgic, pharmaceutical, telecommunications and commodities), from the due diligence process, drafting of contract, structuring of the transaction and closing, both for purchasers and sellers. He has been involved in corporate and project financing and refinancing, with national and international lenders for various industries (amongst others, renewable energy generation, aviation and commodities), as well as in the issuance of 144A/Reg S sovereign bonds in international markets.

Apart from this, he has collaborated in several arbitration cases of complex matters, administered in national arbitration institutions, as well as the ICC Court of Arbitration
