He specializes in preventive labor counseling, aimed at ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and documenting such compliance, business processes, and policies designed for use in the administration of employees, as well as the defense work in labor litigation and attending hearings before the General Labor Inspector of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
