Karen has extensive experience in reviewing and analyzing real estate negotiations for individual or development projects.

She is an expert advising the right legal strategy to be used to structure the real estate project and legal services encompassed therein. She has brings to the table the knowledge of the corporate structure, tax, registration, drafting regulations, easements and analysis of registration plans according to the design of marketing.

She also advices on civil and notarial matters related to real estate.
