Maria Fernanda has experience in legal advice for real estate development projects.

She provides legal services related to real estate, such as study and analysis of properties for the acquisition of real estate where the project will be developed, advice on the projects’ legal structure and on the elaboration and formalization of horizontal property regimes and / or co-ownership regulations.

She also supports with the elaboration of work contracts, formalization of buy/sell promises, and buy/sell property projects and advice related to the  project financing figures. 

She is also experienced in individual transactions such as leases, donations, usufruct, mortgages, among other contracts.
