Estuardo has recent and relevant experience in local and international trials and arbitrations. He has acted as an advisor in various technical and legal matters related to the electricity and mining sector; as well as in matters related to the interpretation, breach and termination of distribution, supply, lease, software and hardware development and implementation contracts and complex transactions.

His practice has been focused on advising both in the accompaniment of phases prior to litigation and in the handling of disputes, where he has stood out for his extensive knowledge in negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution.

He has successfully supported and assisted multiple agents of the Guatemalan and central American electricity sector in crisis management and interpretation of power and electricity purchase agreements ("PPA's"), thanks to his technical and specialized knowledge in these matters.

In addition, during his university studies, he participated in various international arbitration competitions (“moot-courts”) and is currently the coach and selector of participating teams at the Francisco Marroquín University in international competitions on international commercial arbitration (Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot Court) and international investment arbitration (CAII).
