News flash: Corporate Anti-Corruption measures to support sustainable business

OECD publishes a new study, “Corporate Anti-Corruption Compliance Drivers, Mechanisms, and Ideas for Change” that highlights anti-corruption measures at a global level, perceived high risk sensitive areas, as well as the external environment that needs to prevail in order to facilitate a favorable business atmosphere that facilitates and incentivizes corporate compliance. 

The study highlights the need of having clear standards that serve as a defense in legal procedures, and the need for monitoring programs that evaluate and generate objective indicators that signal stakeholders to the effectiveness of compliance programs.   Follow link here.
